Customers most be aware of the fact that damage or losses of inbound mail is not a responsibility of our company. Due to the fact that it’s totally out of our reach. Total responsibility of our customers are:
1-The way customers pack and handle their merchandise before we receive it.
2-Carrier of their choice and the way this carriers operate.
3-Qualification and reliability of any personal responsible for deliver the package from customer’s location to the carrier’s office.

Ktuchi Labs reserve any rights of defense in case any Claim is filed for a merchandise that never arrived to our facilities or arrived damaged by carrier. Please keep a correct tracking information of your Packages while shipping repairs to us.

Outbound Mail to Our Customers.

Shipping Handling Time.
After Repair of your Devices is performed, Shipping Handling Time it’s 1 business day.
Usually items get shipped at the end of the same day your items have been fixed.

Shipping Delay.
All our shipment it’s contracted with our carriers to arrive from 2 to 3 business days.
